Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a current Physical Therapy license in Oklahoma and a degree (Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate) in Physical Therapy.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Oklahoma.

• Geriatric rehab experience preferred.
