Job summary

Amazing Care-3 is hiring a Licensed Physical Therapist to deliver pediatric home health services in the Dallas area. You will assess, plan, and implement individualized therapies in patients’ homes, with families and clinicians coordinating care to support functional independence.

Texas-licensed PT with pediatric experience is preferred. Positions include flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and a supportive team in a growing home-health organization.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to provide individualized, in-home therapy for pediatric patients. You’ll assess, plan, and implement developmentally appropriate interventions that support each child’s functional independence and quality of life.

Scheduling Options:

• Part-Time: Fewer than 24 visits per week
• Full-Time: 25+ visits per week
• We offer consistent visits and offer caseloads near you

Locations:

• Dallas, TX
• Mesquite, TX - $5,000 Sign on Bonus
• Irving, TX
• Garland, TX - $5,000 Sign on Bonus

Compensation:

Sign on Bonus:

• $5,000 sign on bonus for FTin Mesquite and Garland
• $2,500 sign on bonus for PT with minimum visit requirement of 12 visits
