Job summary

Absolute Rehabilitation and Consulting is seeking a Part Time Physical Therapist (PT) in Navarre, OH to join our patient-centered team. You will assess patients, develop individualized plans, and help improve mobility and reduce pain in a home health/rehabilitation setting.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care, educate patients and families on long-term health strategies, and participate in as-needed PRN coverage to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Assess patients’ physical abilities and limitations to create individualized treatment plans that promote mobility, reduce pain, and prevent disability.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities, to achieve patient rehabilitation goals.
• Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and strategies to maintain long-term physical health and prevent future injuries.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of patient care.
