Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) that is licensed or in the immediate process, and qualifies, of obtaining Physical Therapist (PT) licensure in the state of KY to work in the specialty area of Outpatient.

This is a contract position with an 8 hour schedule. The role requires responsibility and accountability for aligning with the organization’s vision, values, and goals while delivering high-quality outpatient care.
