Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) licensed or in the process of obtaining licensure in PA to work in the Outpatient specialty. This contract position requires a 5x8 days schedule in Philadelphia, PA.

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) that is licensed or in the immediate process, and qualifies, of obtaining Physical Therapist (PT) licensure in the state of PA to work in the specialty area of Outpatient.

• This is a contract position
• 5x8 Days schedule.
• This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Minimum Requirements include:
