Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) who is licensed or in the process of obtaining licensure in New Jersey to work in Outpatient settings. This contract position offers a 5x8 schedule with responsibilities including patient evaluation, treatment planning, documentation, and collaboration with the care team.

The role requires a current NJ PT license and at least one year of outpatient experience.

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) that is licensed or in the immediate process, and qualifies, of obtaining Physical Therapist (PT) licensure in the state of NJ to work in the specialty area of Outpatient.

This is a contract position5x8 Days schedule. This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Minimum Requirements include:

• 1 year of recent experience as a(n) Physical Therapist (PT)Outpatient experience required
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license within the state of practice
