H2 Health's Teays Physical Therapy Center in St. Albans, WV is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for our outpatient clinic. Join a collaborative team delivering personalized care to patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions.

You will evaluate patients, create individualized plans, and provide evidence-based interventions while collaborating with physicians and the care team to optimize outcomes. New grads welcome and supported in a patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• DPT degree or equivalent from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current West Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• Strong communication and patient relationship-building skills.
• New graduates and experienced Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop individualized outpatient PT treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve mobility and quality of life.
• Treat a diverse caseload including orthopedic, post-operative, sports, balance, neuro, vestibular, concussion, and work-related injuries.
• Collaborate with physicians, referral sources, and interdisciplinary team members to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, injury prevention, and wellness strategies.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation using available technology and support resources.
• Contribute to a positive, patient-centered clinic culture focused on exceptional care.

Teays Physical Therapy Center, an H2 Health company, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team in St. Albans, West Virginia.

At Teays Physical Therapy Center, you'll join a collaborative outpatient team providing personalized care to patients of all ages with a wide variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions. Our St. Albans clinic offers comprehensive rehabilitation services including orthopedic rehabilitation, post‑surgical rehabilitation, sports injury care, balance and fall prevention, hand therapy, pelvic health therapy, concussion therapy, neurorehabilitation, work‑related injury rehabilitation, massage therapy, and McKenzie Method treatment. You'll have the opportunity to deliver evidence‑based care while helping patients restore function, reduce pain, and return to the activities they enjoy most. Our therapist‑led team is committed to delivering exceptional outcomes through compassionate, hands‑on care.

Your Role

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for outpatient physical therapy patients.
• Deliver evidence‑based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life.
• Treat a diverse caseload including orthopedic, post‑operative, sports medicine, balance, neurological, vestibular, concussion, and work‑related injury patients.
• Collaborate with physicians, referral sources, and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, injury prevention, and wellness strategies.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation utilizing available technology and support resources.
• Contribute to a positive, patient‑centered clinic culture focused on exceptional care and service.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT, MPT, or BPT) from a CAPTE‑accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current West Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• Strong communication and patient relationship‑building skills.
• New graduates and experienced Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply.
