Position Overview

You will work closely with patients and interdisciplinary care teams to develop individualized treatment plans and support long-term recovery and wellness. This position offers competitive compensation ranging from approximately $72,000 to $114,000 annually based on experience and provides an excellent opportunity to build strong patient relationships in an outpatient setting.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Arizona.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (American Heart Association).
