Practice with more independence and autonomy than in traditional therapy roles. At CaringEdge Outpatient Therapy in Minot, ND, our Physical Therapists are empowered to provide evidence-based, individualized care to a diverse aging population in a one-on-one setting.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide physical therapy services focused on mobility, strength, and functional independence
• Document treatment progress, coordinate with interdisciplinary team members, and educate patients/caregivers
• Deliver 1:1 outpatient therapy with an emphasis on geriatric and aging populations
• Engage in ongoing learning and clinical development
• Optional: Function as Therapy Director based on experience

What You Will Need:

• Current active Physical Therapist license in North Dakota (in good standing)
• CPR certification (we’ll provide if needed)
• Valid driver’s license
• Commitment to delivering quality, compassionate, patient-centered care
• Positive attitude and passion for learning and professional growth
