Valir Physical Therapy, an H2 Health company, is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for our outpatient clinic in Stillwater, OK. You will provide meaningful, hands‑on care while building relationships and advancing your career in a collaborative, therapy‑first culture.

You may specialize or maintain a broad caseload, treating orthopedic, neurological, post‑operative, gait and balance, and sports‑related conditions. We support your growth with in‑house CEUs, mentorship, and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Degree from a CAPTE‑accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active state PT license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient‑centered care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, evidence‑based therapy to patients with orthopedic, neurological, post‑surgical, and sports‑related conditions.
• Document care accurately in Raintree EMR.
• Maintain a caseload of approximately 50 visits per week with AI‑driven tools that help streamline and reduce documentation time.
• Contribute to a culture of clinical learning and peer support.

Our clinicians treat a diverse range of diagnoses, including orthopedic, neurological, pre‑and post‑operative, gait and balance, and sports‑related conditions. Whether you prefer to maintain a general caseload or specialise in areas such as orthopedics (including pre and post‑operative care), manual therapy, hand therapy, prosthetic rehab, vestibular therapy, or concussion care, we make it possible.

Your Role
