Job summary

CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC. seeks a full-time Physical Therapist for an outpatient clinic.

You will evaluate and treat patients across orthopedic, post-surgical, neurological, vestibular, balance, gait, and sports-related conditions, and develop individualized plans focused on functional goals. You will provide evidence-based interventions, document using Raintree EMR, and collaborate with a supportive team to foster a positive clinic culture.

Qualifications

• DPT or equivalent from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current or eligible state licensure.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
