Fort Myers, FL outpatient orthopedic clinic is seeking an Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team. We offer a base salary of $85K–$120K with a $10K sign-on for full-time, Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, and no weekends.

Qualifications

• DPT or equivalent from an accredited PT program.
• Active Florida PT license or eligible before start date.
• Outpatient Orthopedics experience preferred.
• Strong manual therapy and therapeutic exercise expertise.
• High-energy personality and ability to manage multiple patients.

Responsabilités

• Build and adjust individualized treatment plans rooted in solid clinical reasoning.
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with physicians and surgeons on a unified plan of care.
• Coach patients and families on post-op protocols and home exercise programs.
• Mentor PT students and newer staff.
• Document cleanly and on time in our EMR.

Seeking an Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team of Fellowship Trained multi specialists. Our team can treat a variety of orthopedic and spine conditions. Whether it's a sports injury, or pain in the neck, back, shoulders, elbow, hands, knees, ankles or feet - we can do it!

Position Details

• $85K–$120K base
• $10K Sign on Bonus (full time PTs)
• Mon–Fri, 8am – 5pm
• Flexible scheduling: Four 10s and Part time scheduling options
• No weekends or holidays
• PTO with carryover

What You’ll Do

• Strong manual therapy skills and therapeutic exercise expertise
• High-energy personality — the kind that pulls patients out of a slump and keeps them showing up
• Comfortable managing more than one patient at a time in a busy clinic
