Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to patients with complex neurological conditions in a non-profit hospital setting. This is a full-time, permanent role focused on neuro rehab in a hospital environment.

Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs, you will serve as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders and uphold patient-centered care standards.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master's in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Detail-oriented with a big-picture perspective on patient care.
• Exceptional communication skills across all levels of staff, patients, and families.
• Ability to serve as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborative, team-oriented personality with a servant-leader mindset.
• Passion for delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in a neuro-focused hospital environment.
