Job summary

Centra Healthcare is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for outpatient contract work in Albuquerque, NM. The PT can be experienced or newly graduated and will join a growing team under physician orders.

The role requires current state licensure, CPR certification, and a plan of care for each patient. It includes days schedule and a competitive weekly pay range.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or in process.
• Current CPR certification.
• Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.

A great Outpatient is looking for an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist / PT to join their growing team for a contract assignment!

• This is a contract position.
• Days schedule.
• This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Requirements include:

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT.
• Current CPR certification.
• Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
