This contract position offers a flexible 5x8 schedule and competitive compensation with mileage reimbursement, licensure reimbursement, housing options where available, and weekly pay through direct deposit.

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) that is licensed or in the immediate process, and qualifies, of obtaining Physical Therapist (PT) licensure in the state of KY to work in the specialty area of Rehabilitation.

This is a contract position5x8 Days schedule. This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Minimum Requirements

• 1 year of recent experience as a(n) Physical Therapist (PT) Rehabilitation experience required. Current Physical Therapist (PT) license within the state of practice.
