Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions seeks an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist for a contract LTAC assignment. You will provide skilled PT services per physician orders and develop plan of care. A great LTAC is looking for an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist / PT to join their growing team for a contract assignment! This is a contract position. Days schedule. This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Requirements include:

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT.
• Current CPR certification.
