Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) licensed or in the process of obtaining NH licensure to work in SNF/LTC settings in New Hampshire. This is a direct hire/permanent placement with accountability to uphold the organization’s vision, values, and goals.

The role requires 1 year of SNF/LTC PT experience and an active NH PT license. Centra emphasizes a confidential client network and a supportive process to negotiate a highly competitive compensation

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) that is licensed or in the immediate process, and qualifies, of obtaining Physical Therapist (PT) licensure in the state of NH to work in the specialty area of SNF / LTC.

This is a direct hire / permanent placement position.This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Minimum Requirements include:

• 1 year of recent experience as a(n) Physical Therapist (PT)SNF / LTC experience required.
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license within the state of practice.
