Ivy Health Inc. is seeking a Full-time Physical Therapist for our Farmville, VA clinics. The role requires an active or pending Physical Therapist license and a graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.

You will deliver patient-centered outpatient orthopedics with mentorship and collaboration across our care teams. We offer a competitive base salary range of $83,000 to $105,000 per year, bi-weekly clinician bonuses, and a sign-on bonus up to $20K.

Job Description

Position: Full-time Physical Therapist

License Required: Yes – Active or Pending License as a Physical Therapist

Education Required: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

Our Location: Farmville, VA (1516 S. Main St)

Base Compensation Range: $83,000.00 - $105,000.00 annually

Additional Compensation: Bi-weekly clinician bonus plan + lifetime uncapped student loanrepayment or a competitive sign-on bonus (up to $20K) to kick off your new role!
