Physical Therapist (Outpatient Ortho & Balance)

FYZICAL Hackettstown – Hackettstown, NJ

Full‑Time | 12 Patients Per Day | 40–60 Minute Sessions | No Double Booking

Independently owned outpatient physical therapy clinic seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for one‑to‑one care.

Position Overview

• Treat 12 patients per day, 5 days per week
• 40–60 minute treatment sessions
• No double booking
• Outpatient orthopedic and balance caseload

Clinical Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
• Deliver therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re‑education, gait training, balance training, and post‑surgical rehabilitation
• Treat vestibular and fall‑risk patients (training available)
• Collaborate with on‑staff Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
• Complete documentation during the workday – AI‑assisted EMR tools provided
• Participate in occasional community outreach and referral relationship support
