Physical Therapist (PT) – Wilson, NC 160070

Join FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers in Wilson, NC to provide personalized, evidence‑based 1:1 physical therapy and leverage advanced technology to enhance patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Perform new‑patient evaluations/exams
• Diagnose patients and evaluate physical activity limitations
• Create a treatment plan that sets a goal and completion date
• Equip patients with PT intervention techniques and exercises; track progress
• Provide education to patients on techniques for the continuation of care
• Examine and evaluate new patients
• Establish a diagnosis of condition(s) and their impact on activity
• Prescribe intervention techniques and exercises
• Measure and track intervention effectiveness

Skills & Qualifications

• Accredited PT program graduate
• Current state PT license (NC)
• Experience creating and implementing outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation treatment plans
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in an autonomous environment
• Passionate about helping patients with vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall‑risk issues
• 1+ year(s) of outpatient experience
• Balance/Neuro experience is a plus
• Self‑motivated with willingness to learn
• Preferred: at least one year working in an outpatient neurological or orthopedic center, or prior vestibular rehab experience
