Full‑time Physical Therapist position at FYZICAL's Green Brook, NJ location.

Responsibilities

• Perform new‐patient evaluations and exams
• Diagnose patients and evaluate physical activity limitations
• Create treatment plans with goals and completion dates
• Prescribe intervention techniques and exercises, track progress
• Educate patients on techniques for the continuation of care
• Maintain compliant notes in the EMR system

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PT program
• Current state PT license in New Jersey
• At least 2 years of outpatient neuro/orthopedic or vestibular rehabilitation experience
• Ability to create and implement outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation treatment plans
• Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously
• Passion for helping patients with vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall‑risk issues
• Self‑motivated and willing to learn
