Job summary

Gold Standard Therapy Solutions is a therapist-owned home health company delivering rehabilitation services to patients in their homes across California. We are expanding our team of licensed Physical Therapists who choose their own schedule and patient load.

Provide high-quality 45-minute sessions, assess patients, develop personalized plans, deliver hands-on therapy, and document care precisely using our All-in-1 App and virtual assistant. Driver's license and active CA PT required.

Qualifications

• Active California PT license required.
• Minimum 1 year licensed PT experience.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• CPR certification and professional liability insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 45 minutes of rehabilitation services to patients in their homes.
• Assess patients' physical condition and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver hands-on therapy and document care.

Job Summary:

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of licensed Physical Therapist experience.
• Strong self-management skills and the ability to work independently.
• Responsive and timely communication through messaging.
• Proficient in documentation and ensuring timely completion.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a compassionate approach.

Requirements:

• Active California Physical Therapist (PT) license.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Current CPR certification and professional liability insurance.
• A physical examination was conducted within the last 2 years.
• Tuberculosis (TB) test conducted within the last 1-2 years depending on test type.
• Possession of an Employer Identification Number (EIN) with an active business license.
