As a Physical Therapist, your contributions include:

• Promoting our philosophy, mission, and policies to ensure quality care.
• Providing direct patient care, evaluating needs, and consulting with specialists.
• Designing and implementing care plans based on assessments.
• Conducting therapy within standards of care.
• Leading support staff to achieve patient goals.
• Documenting evaluations, treatment plans, and updates.
• Providing leadership and acting as a community resource.
• Working in a physically demanding, high-stress environment.
• Handling, lifting, and transferring patients.
• Potentially working irregular hours, including call hours.

Requirements:

• Graduate from an APTA-approved physical therapy program.
• Current, unrestricted PT license for the state of practice.
• At least one year of experience in a healthcare facility.
• Willing to travel within the branch/office coverage area.
• Dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• Willing to travel 50%.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently; able to lift 50-100 lbs.

You will report to the Branch Director, Clinical Manager, or Supervisor.
