Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Texas is looking for a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate and treat patients at home. You will use physical modalities to improve mobility, independent self-care, and daily living skills through established programs.

Responsibilities include implementing Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, and joint replacement programs; ensuring current practice standards, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with the care team.

Qualifications

• Active Texas PT license.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Our Physical Therapists (PTs) examine and treat patients with physical impairments through the use of physical modalities. The goal is to assist persons who are physically challenged to improve mobility and function, independent self‑care, and other skills necessary for functioning in daily living. PTs use our Specialty Programs, including Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, Total Hip and Knee Replacement Program, and Total Shoulder Replacement Program to treat patients.

Qualifications

• Be currently licensed as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of employment
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred
• Demonstrate knowledge and skill in current therapy practice
• Possess a valid state driver’s license and automobile liability insurance
