Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Boise, Idaho is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our team. You will assess patients, design treatment plans, and use our Balance and Fall Prevention programs to help improve mobility and independence in daily living.

Candidates should have an active PT license in the state, and at least one year of clinical experience; a valid driver's license is preferred to travel between patient homes.

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred.
• Possess a valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance.

Responsibilities

Our Physical Therapists (PTs) examine and treat patients with physical impairments through the use of physical modalities. The goal is to assist persons who are physically challenged to improve mobility and function, independent self-care, other skills necessary for functioning in daily living. Our Physical Therapists (PTs) use our Specialty Programs, including Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, Total Hip and Knee Replacement Program, and our Total Shoulder Replacement Program to treat our patients.

Qualifications

1. Be currently licensed as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of employment
2. A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred
3. Demonstrate knowledge and skill in current therapy practice
4. Possess a valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance
