Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide in-home care for patients, evaluating and treating under physician orders with a focus on restoring strength, mobility and function.

You will work within an interdisciplinary team to support patient goals, educate families, and ensure high standards of care in a home environment. Field-based duties require mobility and independent decision-making.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Negative TB test and other tests as required by agency policy.
• Must be able to perform field work.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Excellent planning, organization, and presentation skills.
• Ability to think and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be in good health and able to Fulfill physical requirements.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care that will help change patient's lives for the better at the comfort of their homes.

The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats residents, under orders from a physician, through the use of a variety of therapeutic procedures designed to restore loss of muscle strength, coordination and body alignment, to relieve pain and to improve movement and function. The Physical Therapist participates as a member of the interdisciplinary team providing support and information within the area of Physical Therapy.

Job Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.

• Must be able to do field work

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a Physical Therapy program.
• Has a current license as a Physical Therapist in the State of practice
• Home care experience preferred.
• CPR certification
• Demonstrates ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
