Job summary

Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC in Brattleboro, VT is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) to provide comprehensive therapy services in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab departments. You will collaborate with a supportive rehab team to help residents reach their highest level of independence.

The role requires a current PT license (or license eligible in Vermont), strong documentation skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team environment.
• Possess a current Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) license or be license eligible to practice in Vermont.
• Demonstrate strong documentation skills using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy across sub-acute departments to improve residents’ independence.
• Coordinate with nursing and therapy staff to optimize patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR/EHR system.
