Job summary

Vital Therapy’s Palo Duro Nursing Home in Texas is seeking a dedicated Full Time Physical Therapist to join our in-house therapy team. You will work with residents with orthopedic and neurological conditions, developing programs in balance, wound care, and skilled maintenance, while benefiting from ongoing training and potential outpatient expansion.

PRN options are available. We are a growing Texas-based network focused on quality care and an energetic, interdisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Texas Physical Therapy license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy evaluations and treatments for residents with orthopedic or neurological conditions.
• Develop and implement therapy programs including balance, wound care, and skilled maintenance within an in-house team.

Palo Duro Nursing Home, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center, is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist to join our dedicated in-house therapy team. We seek a PT who is passionate about delivering the best care to our patients and residents and who wants to be part of a fun, high energy inter-disciplinary therapy team. We see a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions and offer you opportunities to develop programs in balance, wound care, skilled maintenance and many more.
