Job summary

PAM Health Specialty Hospital of Rocky Mount is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. The role supports a diverse patient population and may require relocation assistance for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Education and Training: PT license in the state where the hospital or clinic resides.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Experience: One year of clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy interventions.
• Guide patients through progressive recovery with patient-centered care.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss progress and goals.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, mobility strategies, safety, and long-term health.
• Supervise and support Physical Therapist Assistants and other team members involved in patient care.
• Maintain documentation in accordance with PT Practice Act, ethics, and PAM Health policies.
• Contribute to a positive, patient-centered care environment.

What You’ll Do
