PAM Health Specialty Hospital of Hammond is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to care for our diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will have inpatient hospital experience or a strong desire to learn and grow within our team.

The PT will be responsible for patient management, delivery and supervision of care in an age-appropriate manner, aligning with the state Physical Therapy Practice Act and PAM Health policies.

Qualifications

• PT license in the state where the hospital or clinic resides.
• Current BLS certification required.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and supervise patient care in an age-appropriate manner in line with PAM Health policies.
• Manage patient care direction and supervision as applicable; ensure adherence to Physical Therapy Practice Act.
• Perform related duties as assigned or requested.

The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for patient/patient management, delivery, direction and supervision of care provided in an age-appropriate manner, consistent with the principles and practices of the Physical Therapy Practice Act of the state where the hospital or clinic resides, the professional code of ethics, and the policies, procedures and guidelines of PAM Health. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

• Education and Training: PT license in the state where the hospital or clinic resides. Current BLS certification required.
• Experience: One year of clinical experience preferred.
