Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Dover is seeking a Physical Therapist ( PT ) to join our inpatient team. The ideal candidate will bring inpatient hospital experience or a strong willingness to learn in a fast-paced setting.

The PT will manage patient care, deliver therapies, and supervise treatment in accordance with state practice acts and PAM Health policies. BLS certification is required; one year of clinical experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• PT license in the state where the hospital resides.
• Current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient management and delivery of care in an age-appropriate manner.
• Delivery, direction and supervision of care consistent with PT practice and facility policies.

The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for patient/patient management, delivery, direction and supervision of care provided in an age- appropriate manner, consistent with the principles and practices of the Physical Therapy Practice Act of the state where the hospital or clinic resides, the professional code of ethics, and the policies, procedures and guidelines of PAM Health. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

• Education and Training: PT license in the state where the hospital or clinic resides. Current BLS certification required.
• Experience: One year of clinical experience preferred.
