Job summary

AVIR at Patriot is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our in-house therapy team. We value a patient-centered approach and a PT who will deliver high-quality care within an energetic, inter-disciplinary setting.

You will have opportunities to create programs in balance and mobility, functional maintenance, and return-to-home, with ongoing training and career growth across our growing network.

AVIR at Patriot, a skilled nursing and post-acute care facility, is currently seeking a full time Physical Therapist to join our dedicated in-house therapy team. We seek a PT who is passionate about delivering the best possible care to our patients and residents and who wants to be part of a fun, high energy, inter-disciplinary team.
