Job summary

AVIR AT Golfcrest in Houston, TX is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our in-house therapy team. You will work alongside an interdisciplinary group to deliver compassionate care to residents and patients.

You will develop programs in strength, mobility, functional maintenance, and safe return to home, with opportunities for ongoing training and career growth within Vital Therapy’s network.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas (TX PT license).
• Ability to work full-time in an in-house therapy setting.
• Experience with geriatric rehab is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT services to residents and patients on the in-house therapy team.
• Develop and implement strength, mobility, and home-return programs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to plan and track care.
• Participate in ongoing training and career development.

AVIR AT Golfcrest, a skilled nursing and post-acute care facility, is currently seeking a full time Physical Therapist to join our dedicated in-house therapy team. We seek a PT who is passionate about delivering the best possible care to our patients and residents and who wants to be part of a fun, high energy, inter-disciplinary team.
