Job summary

A patient-focused healthcare provider is seeking a Physical Therapist for holiday and vacation coverage in an Assisted Living Facility. Qualifications

• Must have a current and valid Physical Therapy License.

• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 for some locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to seniors in assisted living facilities or homes.
• Work collaboratively with a team of therapists.
• Document patient progress and adapt care plans as needed.

Physical Therapist Qualifications:

• Unencumbered state Physical Therapy License
• Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Master’s Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• COVID vaccination mandatory for some locations
