Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
  • Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Child Abuse Clearance and Criminal Background Check.
  • Fingerprinting and required clearances.
  • Experience working with young children is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate infants and toddlers using appropriate assessment activities to determine eligibility for Early Intervention Services.
  • Identify children who meet eligibility criteria: developmental delay, informed clinical opinion, or a high-probability diagnosis.
  • Complete evaluation documentation and help families create functional outcomes for their children.
  • Maintain appropriate records and perform other PT duties within licensure and regulatory scope.
  • Ensure all services comply with state laws and regulations.
