Home Health with Less Travel! Our Physical Therapists (PT) supervise, evaluate, and provide therapy services to clients in various senior living communities, including assisted living and independent living facilities.

Our Physical Therapists work collaboratively with each facility's wellness team on a daily basis to maintain strong communication and continuity of care for residents and their families. PTs examine and treat patients with physical impairments using physical modalities. The goals are to improve mobility and function, independence in self-care, and other daily living activities, enabling patients to age in place. Specialty programs include Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, Low Vision, and Diabetic Management. PTs provide skilled care per physician orders and the plan of care, under the direction and supervision of the Branch Director.
