Synchrony Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PRN) to join our team at Haywood Lodge & Spicewood Cottages in Waynesville and Clyde, NC. The role focuses on providing a full range of physical therapy services in a senior living setting.

The schedule is Monday–Friday with no weekends or holidays. The position offers competitive hourly pay ($50–$60), weekly pay, and benefits after the first month, plus loan repayment assistance and a strong 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
• 0-1 years of experience.
• Current state PT licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive PT assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and body mechanics.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

*Hourly Rate: 50-60/hr

Qualifications

The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for providing a full range of physical therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position’s qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards.

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients’ physical conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve patients’ physical function.
• Educate patients and their families on exercise techniques, posture, body mechanics, and strategies to manage their condition effectively.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education: Master DegreeExperience: 0-1 years

Licenses and Certifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state PT licensure or certification
• Current valid CPR certification, preferred

Travel: Yes. Minimally, as required (Typically less than 10%)
