Preferred Therapy Solutions is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) to join our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab team in Wayland, MA. The position offers flexible scheduling and involvement across multiple local rosters as you wish.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver PT services to residents in a sub-acute care setting.
• Coordinate care with nursing and therapy colleagues to optimize resident outcomes.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation and participate in team planning.

A Per Diem Physical Therapist, (PT/RPT), position is now available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in Wayland, MA. Once hired as part of the PTS team, you may join as many of our other local PRN rosters as you wish.

Requirements

• Work well with others in a team setting

Good Faith Rate Range: $50.00 - $60.00
