Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation currently seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver patient-centered care in in-facility settings. You will assess needs, design recovery plans, and provide hands-on therapy to restore function.

Collaboration with a Rehab Director and multi-disciplinary team is essential to ensure optimal outcomes for diverse patients. The role emphasizes professional mentorship, CEUs, and pathways for growth within a national rehab provider.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in state(s) of practice or eligibility.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field with PT background.
• Bachelor's in Physical Therapy with 5 years progressive PT experience.
• Out-of-US degree must be evaluated for US equivalence.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy in facility settings.
• Collaborate with rehab team under Director of Rehab.
• Educate patient and caregivers to promote independence.

Qualifications

• 1. They must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
• 2. They must have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or
• 3. They must have a Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or
• 4. They must have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• 5. The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.

Posted Salary Range

USD $42.00 - USD $50.00 /Hr.
