Job Type: Full Time

Schedule: 30-40 hours per week.

Setting: Rehabilitation Center, Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC)

Diverse CCRC Setting: Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care, On-campus Home Health, Outpatient

Pay: State range up to $62/hr.
