Job summary

Synchrony Rehab in Sumter, SC is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide a full range of PT services in an interdisciplinary environment. You will assess patients, plan treatments, and apply therapeutic interventions while documenting progress and collaborating with the care team.

Flexible scheduling allows Full-Time, Part-Time or PRN work with weekly pay and benefits after your first month. A current PT license and CPR are preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensure: Current state PT license or certification.
• Experience: 0-1 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients’ physical conditions and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including exercises and modalities.
• Educate patients and families on exercise techniques, posture, and body mechanics.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes in line with policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Flexible scheduling available: This position is open to Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN candidates.

Full-time: 40-50/hr

Part-time: 46-52/hr

PRN: 50-60/hr

Job Summary

The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for providing a full range of physical therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position’s qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards.

Licenses and Certifications

Must have and maintain a current, valid state PT licensure or certification

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve patients’ physical function.
• Educate patients and their families on exercise techniques, posture, body mechanics, and strategies to manage their condition effectively.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
