Responsibilities

Deliver evidence-based PT interventions to improve mobility and function.

Meet and exceed individual performance targets and contribute to pipeline goals.

Maintain adherence to ethical standards, confidentiality, and compliance.

Monitor patient progress and adjust plans to maximize outcomes.

Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and home programs.

Document all sessions accurately in electronic health records.

Demonstrate accountability for own results within a high-visibility work environment.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and referrals.

Participate in ongoing professional development and pursue growth opportunities.

Schedule and manage appointments efficiently to optimize clinic utilization.

Contribute to a positive patient experience and high-quality service delivery.

Experience/Qualifications

Licensed physical therapist with current PT license in applicable state.
