Confidential in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide direct rehab care upon physician referral in accordance with Life Care standards. The role requires a state license, CPR, and potential orientation training. New grads are welcome to apply, with 1 year of experience preferred.
You will participate in community health matters, collaborate with care teams, and ensure compliant, ethical practice while maintaining patient confidentiality and professionalism.
The PT - Physical Therapist provides direct rehab care in physical therapy to patients upon physician referral in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy, BSPT, MSPT, or DPT (2003 or later must have MSPT or DPT)Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.One (1) year experience preferred;
new grads welcome to applyCPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
