Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join Signature Rehab in Rogersville, TN. The role focuses on delivering inpatient rehabilitation services to residents of our skilled nursing facility and outpatient clients, contributing to timely recoveries.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create individualized treatment plans, document progress, and support residents in returning to daily activities with optimal function.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited physical therapy program.
• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of service.
• Demonstrated rehabilitation and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT services to residents and outpatients as part of Signature Rehab.
• Collaborate with interprofessional care team to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and adjust therapies to maximize recovery.

What you Need to make a Difference

We are recruiting for a Physical Therapist to join our team. Requirements for consideration include:

• Graduate of accredited program of physical therapy, culminating in a minimum of a Bachelor's of Science Degree


• A Valid Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
