Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a hospital contract in Iowa. Assess and develop individualized treatment plans to improve residents' strength, balance, and mobility; collaborate with an interdisciplinary team; and monitor progress.

Requirements include current PT licensure, 1 year of experience, excellent communication, and vaccine status. 36-hour guarantee, start ASAP, contract 13+ weeks with potential extension; competitive pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist licensure.
• 1 year of experience in PT preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Covid-19 and Flu vaccines status required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate residents’ physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve strength, balance, and mobility.
• Monitor and document residents’ progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize residents’ care plans.
