Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality therapy services in a skilled nursing facility setting in Iowa. The role focuses on assessing residents, creating individualized plans, and improving mobility and independence.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of PT experience, prefer SNF or geriatric care exposure, and demonstrate strong communication with patients and the care team.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist licensure.
• 1 year of experience.
• Experience in a SNF or geriatric care setting is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Covid-19 Vaccine and Flu Vaccine status required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate residents’ physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Monitor and document residents’ progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
