Job summary

Liberty Center in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to deliver patient-centered care in home-based settings. You will assess, plan, and implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life.

Must hold a valid PT license in the state, graduate from an accredited PT program, and have CPR certification; preferred 1+ year home health experience and basic computer literacy; competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply.
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Applicants must possess basic computer literacy skills.
• Prefer at least one year of experience, as well as prior expertise and/or comfort working in a home-based setting.
• Current CPR certification.
