Oil City Nursing and Rehab is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to help residents achieve rehabilitation goals and regain independence in Oil City, PA. You will evaluate, plan, and deliver personalized therapy, coordinating with a team to design effective care plans.

You will conduct assessments, provide both individual and group therapy, and monitor progress while educating residents and families on exercises for continued progress.

About the Role:

As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Providing individualized physical therapy treatments to help residents achieve their goals, including strengthening, flexibility, and mobility exercises




• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans




• Monitoring and documenting resident progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed




• Educating residents, families, and caregivers on proper techniques and exercises for continued progress
