Job summary

Powerback is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to work in an in-facility setting. You will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy to help patients regain function.

You will design programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities, collaborate with a team, and educate patients and caregivers to promote independence. Mentorship for new grads and potential visa/relocation support are available.

Qualifications

  • Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or proof of licensure eligibility.
  • Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field with PT licensure.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy with 5 years progressive PT experience (if applicable).
  • Out-of-US PT degree must be evaluated for US equivalence.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
  • Deliver high-quality physical therapy services.
  • Design programs to restore, reinforce and enhance physical abilities.
  • Collaborate with peers and refer to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and functional productivity.

Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, you help patients get well. You are the person who can bring their power back. In doing this, you will assess patient needs, develop their recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy.

You are adept at addressing the whole patient and seeing them as an individual. Your goal is to design a program that will restore, reinforce, and enhance their physical abilities.

Qualifications
  • They must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
  • They must have a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or
  • They must have a Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; or
  • They must have a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
  • The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.
Salary

USD $43.00 - $48.00 / Hr.
