Job summary

Journey is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy, a valid state license, and strong communication and teamwork skills to help residents achieve rehabilitation goals.

You will assess patients, craft individualized treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises, educate families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care in a supportive local setting.

Qualifications

• DPT degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state license to practice physical therapy.

Responsibilities
